A little about me...

Pam has been Principal at Razzamataz Dumfries for over 10 years. Pam has always had a keen interest in the world of Performing Arts and she has closely followed her daughters training and career as a professional dancer and performer. Pam has assisted and co-produced shows at Her Majesty’s Theatre in London’s West End, a bespoke performance and parade at Disneyland Paris, the Sands Centre,The Northern Stage, Dumfries Theatre Royal, Easterbrook Hall, plus the formidable Strictly Charity Events. Pam won the Rebecca Rennie Outstanding Contribution Award at the National Razzamataz Conference in 2016 and Franchisee of the Term in 2018. Pam has been administration manager and former assistant Principal at Razzamataz West Cumbria & Penrith and Former Principal at Razzamataz Durham. Pam is an Arts Award Advisor with Trinity College London. Pam is looking forward to a fantastic year!

Charlotte Young

Assistant Principal

Charlotte trained at Brian Rogers College “Performers” where she gained her Associate Qualifications and Anatomy and physiology Diploma. During her Performing career Charlotte's 'highlights' include performing on the Brian Conley Show, Barbara Windsors Hall of Fame on ITV, performing at the “Ria Stadium” in Amsterdam as a dancer for Lionel Ritchie, traveling to Beijing to perform for the 2008 Olympic Bid, performing at the London Palladium, Her Majesty's and the Piccadilly in the West End. She has worked with many celebrities including Shirley Bassey, Barbara Windsor and Russell Watson to name a few! She has performed in both theatre and TV and is always researching new ideas for the Razz Students. Charlotte has been with Razzamataz since 2005 and a former Principal at multiple schools. Among her qualifications Charlotte holds an ADPA Level 4 Teaching Qualification after successfully passing the worlds first accredited street dance teacher training course with Urban Strides in 2011. Other recent qualifications include PTLLS Level 4 with Trinity College London through the BBO, Trinity Safe and Effective Dance Practice Certificate and a registered Arts Award Advisor. Charlotte is Creative Director and Support Mentor for Razzamataz Theatre Schools LTD Head office supporting the network and managing multiple projects. Charlotte is excited for a new term at Razzamataz Dumfries!
